FAQ

What time can I check in?

Check in is any time after 3pm and before 10pm, However, if you’re due to arrive after 10pm, please let our team know ahead of time, as the doors may be locked for security reasons.

What time is check out?

Check-out is by 11 am on your departure date. If you’d like to check out early please let our team know ahead of time to accommodate this request, they will be happy to store any bags for you if you’d like to check out early – this helps us get a head start on cleaning for other guests arriving that day, too!

Is there a quiet time in the Park?

Our “Quiet Time” is between 10pm and 7am. We appreciate that all of our guests are on holiday and want to have a good time; however, we feel that it is important that other guests and residents nearby are not disturbed by excessive noise.

Is smoking/vaping allowed?

Smoking (including e-cigarettes for vaping) is strictly prohibited in all buildings. We also ask guests to refrain from smoking in doorways or outside windows which may cause distress to other guests or our staff.
