Check-out: On your departure day, check-out is at 11:00 am. Should you need to check out earlier, kindly notify our team ahead of time so we can accommodate your request smoothly.
Please ensure all personal belongings are packed and the accommodation is left in good condition before departing.

Quiet Time

Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. During this time, we kindly ask all guests to keep noise to an absolute minimum out of respect for others. Please be mindful of your surroundings and ensure that any activities do not disturb fellow residents.
You are also responsible for the behaviour of any guests accompanying you, and it is expected that they adhere to the same noise guidelines. Failure to follow these rules may result in warnings or further action to maintain a peaceful environment for all.

Vehicles

For the safety of all guests and residents, a strict speed limit of 10 mph is enforced throughout the Park.
All vehicles on the Park must comply with the Road Traffic Act, meaning they must have up-to-date tax, MOT, and insurance. Additionally, the rules of the Highway Code apply to all park roads and must be strictly followed. This ensures a safe and orderly environment for everyone. Failure to adhere to these regulations may result in action being taken for the safety and well-being of the park community.

Rubbish

Please dispose of all rubbish in the designated bins provided throughout the Park. We kindly ask that you keep your pitch and the surrounding area clean and orderly to help maintain a tidy environment for everyone to enjoy.
Proper waste disposal includes separating recyclables where appropriate and avoiding littering. Keeping your area neat not only enhances the experience for other guests but also helps protect the natural environment of the Park. Thank you for doing your part in keeping the Park clean.

Facilities

Please ensure that shared facilities are left as clean and tidy as you found them, out of respect for others. Be mindful of those who may be waiting to use these spaces and limit your time when necessary.
If you encounter any issues or notice that a facility requires attention, please report it to management immediately so we can address the situation promptly. Your cooperation helps maintain a pleasant experience for everyone.

No Smoking

Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes and vaping devices, is strictly prohibited inside all buildings. In addition, we kindly ask guests to avoid smoking near doorways or outside windows, as smoke may enter indoor spaces and cause discomfort or distress to other guests and staff.
Please be mindful of designated smoking areas around the park and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. Your cooperation ensures a more pleasant and healthy environment for everyone.

Banned Items

The possession of illegal substances, fireworks, and firearms is strictly prohibited on the grounds of the caravan park. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests and staff. Violators may face immediate expulsion from the park and potential legal action. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Respect

Please be considerate of your fellow campers. Loud music, disruptive behaviour or any activities that interfere with others’ enjoyment are not allowed.
We will not tolerate the use of abusive language or threatening behaviour towards members of our staff or other users of the Park.

Site Care

Please take care not to damage the grass, trees, or park property. Any damage of any kind should be reported to management immediately.

Stop the Block

To prevent sewer blockages, please refrain from introducing foreign items into the drainage system. Items such as wet wipes, nappies, incontinence pads, sanitary towels, cooking fat, oil, and paint etc can cause serious clogs and disrupt the proper functioning of the sewage system. Instead, dispose of these items in the bin or through appropriate disposal methods. Proper waste disposal helps maintain a healthy and efficient drainage system for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation!

Fire Safety

Fire poses one of the greatest risks to the complete destruction of a park home and endangers the safety of both residents and visitors. As a result, we enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding fire safety. Open fires of any kind are strictly prohibited.
While barbecues are allowed, they must be elevated off the ground and constantly supervised while in use. Please ensure they are fully extinguished and cooled down before being left unattended. Failure to comply with these safety guidelines may result in immediate action for the safety of all.

Emergencies

In the unlikely event of an emergency, immediately dial 112 or 999 to reach emergency services. After contacting emergency services please report to us and we will give you further instructions.
